Picture this: You’re at our Byhalia, MS distribution center, scanning, staging, and steering product through the operation with accuracy. You transition seamlessly between a Double-Deep Reach Truck, a Dock Stocker, and a Walkie Rider—always with safety top of mind and inventory precision locked in.
Your mission
- Own high-reach movements in double-deep racking—retrieve, put away, and replenish efficiently.
- Keep freight flowing by loading/unloading trailers and moving product to where it’s needed next.
- Complete transactions using RF scanners within our WMS.
- Inspect equipment daily and flag maintenance concerns early.
- Adhere to safety rules and productivity standards; help keep the floor spotless.
- Jump in to support other warehouse tasks as assigned.
What it takes
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience operating: Double-Deep Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, and Walkie Rider.
- Previous work in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
- Forklift certification preferred; RF scanner know-how is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, a safety-first mindset, and rock-solid reliability.
Must-haves
- Must be able to lift 50–75 lbs.
- Must pass a forklift skills evaluation.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify).
- Reliable transportation required.
