We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented team member to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. In this role, you will help ensure orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient workspace.
Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders accurately based on packing lists, scanner instructions, or warehouse systems
- Pack products securely to help ensure safe transport and delivery
- Label, sort, and prepare shipments for outbound carriers
- Verify item counts, product codes, and order details for accuracy
- Load, unload, and move materials as needed using appropriate equipment and safe lifting practices
- Assist with receiving, stocking, replenishment, and inventory organization
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow company procedures, quality standards, and shipping requirements
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to support daily workflow
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping, or fulfillment experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Basic computer or scanner experience preferred
- Ability to lift, carry, stand, bend, and move throughout the shift as required by the role
- Dependable attendance and a positive, professional attitude
Work Environment
This position is based in a distribution center and may involve regular standing, walking, lifting, and working around warehouse equipment and shipping materials. Safety, accuracy, and teamwork are key to success in this role.
