Distribution Center Picking and Inventory Control Associate — Vancouver, WA

Compensation
- $19 per hour
- Mandatory OT shifts as required by business volume
Schedule Options
- Day 1st: Mon–Fri, 5:00am–1:30pm
- Day 2nd: Wed–Sat, 4:00am–2:30pm
- Swing 1st: Mon–Fri, 2:30pm–11:00pm
- Swing 2nd: Wed–Sat, 2:30pm–1:00am
What you will do
- Prepare outbound orders: pick items, load, wrap, label, and stage for delivery or pickup.
- Receive inbound stock: unload, label, and store accurately and efficiently.
- Execute inventory controls and quality checks to meet audit standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse vehicles and equipment; assist with preventive maintenance.
- Follow company procedures, safety rules, and service standards.
- Report discrepancies and partner with supervisors and teammates to resolve issues.
What you bring
- Positive attitude, quick learning, and excellent/near‑perfect attendance.
- No prior warehouse background required; training provided.
- Willingness to wear required PPE and follow safety protocols.
Physical requirements
- Frequent hand/arm use for pulling, pushing, and grasping; ability to lift and reach overhead.
- Regularly lift/move 10–50 lbs; occasionally lift items over 100 lbs.
- Stand and walk for long periods; frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling; occasional sitting, climbing, or balancing.
- Visual capabilities: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
