Distribution Center Supervisor – 3rd Shift

We are seeking an experienced Distribution Center Supervisor to oversee third-shift warehouse and distribution operations. This individual will lead a small team while remaining hands-on with daily logistics, shipping/receiving, loading and unloading, and overall warehouse efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a small team of warehouse/distribution employees on 3rd shift
• Coordinate daily shipping, receiving, loading, and unloading activities
• Manage workflow to ensure materials and products are moved accurately and efficiently
• Monitor inventory, staging, order fulfillment, and warehouse organization
• Train employees and reinforce safety, quality, and productivity expectations
• Utilize warehouse, inventory, and computer systems for tracking, reporting, and documentation
• Troubleshoot day-to-day logistics and operational issues
• Communicate with management and other shifts regarding inventory, scheduling, and priorities

Qualifications

• 3+ years of logistics, distribution, or warehouse experience preferred
• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience
• Strong understanding of warehouse management, shipping/receiving, and loading/unloading
• Computer savvy and comfortable learning warehouse/inventory management systems
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead a small team while remaining involved in daily operations
• Comfortable working a 3rd-shift schedule
