Job Overview
The Distribution Coordinator works with various warehouse teams to receive, inspect, replenish, and ship surgical instrumentation and implants to healthcare facilities. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, accurate inventory management, and compliance with applicable quality and regulatory standards.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
Package products and materials securely, ensuring adequate protection during shipment.
Prepare accurate shipping documentation, verify shipping addresses, and ensure shipments contain the correct inventory.
Receive incoming surgical trays and inspect instruments and implants for accuracy and completeness.
Restock inventory based on usage and replenishment requirements.
Compare part numbers, lot numbers, and other details on packing slips to verify purchase orders and shipping orders.
Compile and maintain accurate electronic records using purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and other relevant documents.
Assist with inventory cycle counting and inventory accuracy activities as needed.
Perform duties in compliance with applicable FDA and state regulations, as well as quality standards, including ISO 13485.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
At least 1 year of related distribution, warehouse, or inventory control experience and/or training is helpful.
Proficiency in Client Office and general computer operations is highly desirable.
Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and achieve expected results.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills preferred.

This position operates in a high-volume, fast-paced distribution and warehouse environment.
Physical Demands
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to read and understand manuals, shipping documents, and other written materials.
Frequent movement throughout the warehouse and facility.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently, as required.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position that generally follows daytime working hours. Additional hours during the week or on weekends may be required based on business needs and as determined by the manager or supervisor.
