HTSS is hiring a Distribution Office Support Associate for a temporary opportunity in Bethlehem, PA. This position is a great fit for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting both order processing and shipping operations in a busy distribution environment.

 

What You’ll Do

• 
  Process and maintain daily customer orders
  
• 
  Prepare and organize shipping paperwork and documentation
  
• 
  Coordinate parcel and freight shipments
  
• 
  Track shipments and collect proof of delivery and other delivery documentation
  
• 
  Assist with printing shipping labels and preparing cartons for shipment
  
• 
  Follow established order processing, routing, shipping, and fulfillment procedures
  
• 
  Identify and escalate order or shipping issues to the appropriate team member
  
• 
  Maintain accurate and organized records
  
• 
  Assist with light assembly, organization, or general building clean-up when additional support is needed
  

 

What We’re Looking For

• 
  Previous office, order processing, shipping, distribution, or logistics experience preferred
  
• 
  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  
• 
  Comfortable working with computers and documentation
  
• 
  Ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment
  
• 
  Dependable and able to work the full Monday–Friday schedule
  
• 
  Willingness to assist with hands-on tasks as needed
  

Pay: $22/hour
Location: Bethlehem, PA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
