Distribution Specialist - I

Pay Range: $20/hr - $23/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the day-to-day assignments of warehouse job tasks and monitor completion of required activities.
• Receive incoming shipments of non-GMP/GMP materials and equipment following established procedures.
• Dispense GMP materials to support production operations.
• Prepare and deliver raw materials to various departments, ensuring proper procedures and temperature ranges are followed.
• Maintain accurate inventory of GMP warehouse materials.
• Assist with inventory cycle counts and accurate ERP transactions.
• Communicate inventory discrepancies to the warehouse operations team and escalate when appropriate.
• Cross-train in additional areas of warehouse operations.
• Prepare general shipments and equipment as required per established policies and procedures (excluding patient material).
• Ensure individual employee training is up-to-date.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and keep warehouse operations clean and inspection-ready.
• Complete in-house forklift certification.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• High School Diploma.
• Knowledge of GMP environment.
• Top skills: Attendance and Punctuality, ability to work independently or as part of a team, and strong communication skills.
• Nice to have: Certification / License in Forklift Certification.
