    DIU BASIS Program Manager (On-Site)

    Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) is an international, ISO 9001/20000/27001 Certified, CMMI Level 3 Rated full-service provider with more than 38 years' experience in the Federal, Military, and Commercial Marketplaces. SRI is seeking committed and passionate professional to provide critical Program Management services on-site at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA, overseeing the delivery of resilience and performance enhancement training to military service members, DA Civilians and their Families. This position includes relocation assistance for eligible candidates.

    Overview:

    The DIU BASIS Program Manager will provide program leadership and subject-matter expertise across DIU enterprise support functions. The ideal candidate will have five to ten years of direct DIU experience and broad familiarity with program management, business operations, information technology, security, facilities, acquisition support, human resources, resource management, records management, or related mission-support activities.

    The Program Manager must understand how DIU organizes and manages these functions, how contractor support is integrated across the enterprise, and which capabilities are most important to successful performance. Experience coordinating across multiple DIU offices, portfolios, or functional organizations is strongly preferred.

    Tasks & Responsibilities:

    • Provides overall leadership and coordination for DIU BASIS program activities.
    • Serves as the primary contractor point of contact for program performance and customer communication.
    • Coordinates contractor support across DIU offices, portfolios, and functional organizations.
    • Oversees staffing, schedules, deliverables, risks, reporting, and corrective actions.
    • Facilitates communication among DIU stakeholders, contractor personnel, and corporate leadership.
    • Identifies opportunities to improve service integration, responsiveness, and operational efficiency.
    • Supports program reviews, status briefings, leadership meetings, and customer engagements.
    • Performs additional program management and mission-support duties as assigned.

    Required Skills, Education, Experience & Abilities:

    • Current employment within DIU.
    • Minimum of five years of direct DIU experience required; five to ten years preferred.
    • Broad familiarity with DIU enterprise support functions and organizational operations.
    • Demonstrated understanding of how contractor support is coordinated across DIU.
    • Experience working across multiple DIU offices, portfolios, or functional organizations strongly preferred.
    • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams or cross-functional support activities.
    • Strong organizational, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
    • Superb verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and common collaboration tools.
    • Ability to travel as required.
    • Must be a U.S. citizen.
