Divisional EHS Manager - Renewables

Ready to lead safety for an entire construction division? B.H. Inc. is hiring a Divisional EHS Manager in Pleasant View, Utah. You'll be the primary safety authority for our Renewables division and lead the site safety managers across it. This full-time role pays $95,000-$125,000 per year.

You'll work in an office, travel about half the time, and keep our projects safe through audits, training, and hands-on guidance. Want to build a proactive safety culture that protects crews and drives real results?

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead and support the site safety managers across the division
• Conduct daily safety observations and give hazard recognition and risk mitigation guidance on active projects
• Investigate the root causes of incidents and injuries and make sure they are reported right away
• Perform safety audits and build safety policies into divisional standard operating procedures
• Deliver new hire safety orientations, OSHA training, and safety meetings
• Maintain division EHS scorecards and track TRIR, DART, training compliance, and corrective action closure

QUALIFICATIONS

• OSHA 500 or CHST certification
• Bachelor's degree or five years of relevant experience in an equivalent safety position
• Five or more years of experience in an equivalent safety position or industry supervisory experience
• Previous supervisory and management experience
• Valid driver's license, a safe driving record, and the ability to obtain and keep a DOT medical card

SCHEDULE AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Monday through Friday, regular business hours
• Office-based in Pleasant View, UT
• Travel about 50% of the time
