Divisional Office Supervisor

Court Name/Organization California Northern Bankruptcy Court Overview of the Position The Divisional Office Supervisor performs a full range of functional duties as well as some supervisory responsibilities. The incumbent is administratively and technically responsible for supervising the staff in the Oakland divisional offices and for overseeing the work performed by employees in the courtrooms and intake function in the divisional offices. The Divisional Office Supervisor works closely with the Clerk of Court, Chief Deputy and other Divisional Office Supervisors in developing, identifying, drafting and implementing best practices in both operations and administration. This position reports directly to the Chief Deputy. The incumbent is expected to be a self-starter who will assist or perform any required duty in the divisional office.
