The Assembly & Test Operations team provides value add by:Adhering or ensuring adherence to relevant internal work instructions, safety rules and applicable regulations (e.g., EHS).Executing, supervising or managing back-end assembly and test operations: * Die preparation and attachment;* Bonding, molding, trim&form, testing, etc.;* Organizing assigned stocks for parts, semi-products or components;* Assembling according to plan, and using specific equipment (machines, specialized tools).Performing prescribed sight checks, functionality or general quality test routines and procedures.A job at this level:Applies generic skills to execute assigned sequenced work in loops.May utilize simple tools, devices to assemble (same) pieces to parts, in a highly repetitive mode.Keeps work place assigned in a clean state.Obeys internal work rules and environment, health & safety regulations, as valid for the workplace.
