Key Requirements:- Must have experience in Marine repair, shipyard or heavy industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of marine equipment, repair processes, and logistics
- Â Experience supervising skilled labor and coordinating multiple concurrent
projects - Â Working knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements
- Plan, schedule, and oversee all vessel repair activities at assigned docks
- Oversee maintenance, inspection, and repair of dock equipment (cranes, forklifts,
pumps, generators. - Ensure all equipment is operational, certified, and compliant with applicable
regulations. - Enforce all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Â Conduct regular safety meetings and audits
- Â Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, USCG, and company standards
- Bonus, based on performance.
