Key Requirements:
  • Must have experience in Marine repair, shipyard or heavy industrial environments.
  • Strong knowledge of marine equipment, repair processes, and logistics
  •  Experience supervising skilled labor and coordinating multiple concurrent
    projects
  •  Working knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee all vessel repair activities at assigned docks
  • Oversee maintenance, inspection, and repair of dock equipment (cranes, forklifts,
    pumps, generators.
  • Ensure all equipment is operational, certified, and compliant with applicable
    regulations.
  • Enforce all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  •  Conduct regular safety meetings and audits
  •  Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain compliance with OSHA, USCG, and company standards
  • Bonus, based on performance.

Shifts:
  •  Monday-Friday 0700-4:00 PM
