Job Description:
Perform document control responsibilities for the Line and Substation Engineering groups. This will involve controlling document revisions and status for the engineers in our document management system, labelling and maintaining attribute data of current documents residing in the document management system, filing/organizing/maintaining engineering documents, assisting in as-built revision tracking and issuing to the field, and printing engineering design packages for use by construction. Min 5 yrs exp required.

Basic JD:
This position is responsible for developing and implementing the necessary infrastructure to efficiently process and secure project related documentation (i.e. vendor documents, construction documents, quality records and vital business records) and in developing and implementing cost-effective solutions for project information management. This person is also responsible to coordinate and oversee the assembly, reproduction, revision control and submission for archival of construction work packages.
