Documentation Analyst I

Supervisory Responsibilities: none

Purpose: Responsible for the professional documentation and support of the Engineering document, data, and electronic files control system.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

• · Ensure a safe work environment for self and others. Follows all safety rules and regulations. Demonstrate commitment to safety program.
• Maintains hard copies and files for Production Monitoring
• Compiles OEE Monthly Data
• Administrative Support for Maintenance Systems
• Creates Job books for Production Runs.
• Back up for Front Office Administrative Assistant.
• Monitor and/or maintains Customer shipment entry and subcontracting entry
• Monitor and/or maintains TEAM Bin Tracker and TEAM WIP Bin Tracker
• Monitor and/or maintains TEAM Material ID Tag and TEAM WIP Material ID Tag
• Maintains Time and Expense Entry
• Demonstrate commitment to the TEAM Industries Quality Management system and Objectives.
• Promote a positive atmosphere. Actively support activities that promote the welfare and morale of TEAM employees.
• Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

Minimum Requirements

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
