DocuSign CLM Analyst
Location: White Plains, NY
Pay rate: $30/hr W2
Duration: 12 Months
Hybrid (Minimum 3 Days Onsite)
Candidates must be able to work onsite at least 3 days per week.

Summary
We are seeking a DocuSign CLM Analyst to support the Enterprise Business Systems team by providing functional and technical support for DocuSign Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM). This role will partner with business users, IT, Legal, Procurement, and Project teams to maintain, enhance, and optimize the CLM platform while supporting end users and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support for DocuSign CLM, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and root cause analysis.
  • Partner with business users to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and support workflow enhancements.
  • Configure and maintain CLM templates, workflows, routing logic, approval rules, clause libraries, document generation, and metadata.
  • Develop and deliver end-user training, documentation, job aids, and knowledge articles.
  • Manage enhancement requests, defects, and optimization initiatives.
  • Perform system administration tasks, including user provisioning, permissions, roles, and security updates.
  • Support release management, regression testing, system validation, and change control activities.
  • Monitor platform performance, integrations, and data quality.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, IT, Project Management, and EPMO teams to improve CLM processes.
  • Document standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and system documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across enterprise business systems.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms.
  • Strong experience with DocuSign CLM.
  • Experience configuring workflows, templates, routing rules, clause libraries, and document generation.
  • Experience with system administration, user provisioning, permissions, and configuration.
  • Experience troubleshooting enterprise applications and supporting end users.
  • Strong understanding of workflow design, approval processes, business rules, and metadata.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with DocuSign eSignature.
  • Experience with workflow automation platforms and enterprise integrations.
  • Experience with regression testing, release management, and change control.
  • Knowledge of enterprise business systems and contract management processes.
  • DocuSign CLM Administrator or DocuSign CLM Specialist certification.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and/or ITIL Foundation certification.
