We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced DoD Senior Project Manager to lead client services and serve as a key operational liaison for a $1B, 10-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Architect-Engineer (A/E) Services Contract. The successful candidate will act as a primary client interface with the Department of Defense and serve as the Coordinator of Joint Venture (JV) Operations, managing collaboration between our firm, a protégé partner firm, and a network of A/E subconsultants.
This leadership role requires exceptional project delivery expertise, team coordination, and client relationship management capabilities. The candidate will also provide direct supervision and mentorship to a multidisciplinary team of engineers, construction managers, and technical professionals. The successful candidate will manage complex projects and supervise task order managers on smaller projects. The position also includes business development-primarily filling the existing IDIQ but also seeking new opportunities with the Air Force and other potential clients.
This hybrid position is based in San Antonio, with an expectation of working in the office two days per week. While projects are located nationwide, travel is anticipated to be approximately 25 percent of the time.
