Dodge Sales Associate -- 4 Day work week required

Salary Range :
$85,000.00 To $125,000.00 
 
How does a 4 day work week sound?  Excellent full-time sales position is available. All salespersons made great $$ last year. We will train the right person who meets our requirements below.

Sales Associates primarily guide customers through the process of purchasing a new or used vehicle. They are responsible for generating and processing leads and applications as outlined by company policy. In our dealership, the salesman works to balance the needs of the customers with the standards of the dealership.

If you have sold at a franchise dealership, this is very different. We work in a collaborative environment and management is dedicated to the idea that sales should be a fun position that also provides a healthy, consistent income. We generate a huge amount of leads, so there is ample opportunity for all.

Compensation:
Commission + Salary and/or Draw.

Responsibilities: 
  • Build relationships & create customers for life 
  • Welcome all guests, understand and demonstrate vehicle product features and technologies, create brand excitement 
  • Assist with demonstration drives of new/used vehicles 
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations 
  • Follow up with buyers to ensure referral business 
  • Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, and reviews 
Requirements: 
  • Strong communication skills - verbal and written  
  • Desire to work as part of a team 
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance 
  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Ability to drive a manual transmission preferred 
  • Valid driver's license & clean driving record
