Location: All Bright Canines – Oakdale, CT
Hours: Monday - Friday & Weekends/Holidays required as needed 
Compensation: This is dependent upon experience and skill! A probationary period is required. Holiday pay is time and a half.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with animals, large or small, and will have an open mindset to learning our core values and procedures in canine handling.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and engage with dogs in group play, ensuring safety and fun
• Read and respond to canine body language with confidence and compassion
• Provide excellent customer service to pet parents — greeting, check-in/out, and updates
• Use technology (scheduling software, account billing, updating pet charts) to keep operations smooth
• Multitask across cleaning, feeding, enrichment, and client interactions
• Collaborate with a team that values creativity, efficiency, humor, and joy!

What We’re Looking For

• Someone who thrives in an active environment.
• That has great attention to detail and has the ability to adapt and multitask.
• Physically fit - This position requires frequent movement. The candidate must be comfortable lifting 50 pounds and be able to stay in motion with the energy of the dogs. 
• Looking for someone that takes great pride in the care they give to animals and is excited to learn, grow and evolve in the animal field.
