Schedule: Monday–Friday | Weekends OFF


Compensation: $62–$65 per hour | Approximately $128,960–$135,200 annually for full-time employment

Position Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments.
  
  
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and clinical findings.
  
  
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and appropriate rehabilitation interventions.
  
  
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically indicated.
  
  
• Supervise and direct Physical Therapist Assistants in accordance with Florida law.
  
  
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  
  
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
  
  

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
  
  
• Current, active Florida Physical Therapist license in good standing.
  
  
• Strong communication, organizational, and patient-care skills.
  
  
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  
  
• No prior professional experience required. Newly licensed graduates are encouraged to apply!
