Drain Cleaning Technician/Division lead

American Leak Detection is looking for an experienced Drain Cleaning Technician to help us launch and grow a new drain cleaning division.

This is a unique opportunity for the right individual to get in on the ground floor of a new division and play an important role in developing and growing the operation. We are looking for a motivated technician with hands-on experience in residential and commercial drain and sewer cleaning, including snaking and clearing drain lines.

The ideal candidate will be dependable, professional, comfortable working directly with customers, and capable of working independently. As the division grows, this position has the potential to develop into a leadership or supervisory role overseeing the drain cleaning operation.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial drain and sewer cleaning
• Operate drain cleaning and snaking equipment
• Diagnose drain stoppages and related drainage problems
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Provide quality workmanship and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Help establish and grow the company's new drain cleaning division
• Maintain a professional appearance and safe work environment

Qualifications

• Previous drain cleaning experience is required
• Experience with residential and commercial drain and sewer cleaning
• Ability to operate drain cleaning and snaking equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Professional customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls
• Plumbing experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
