Schedule You'll Love

2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off ⏰ 12-Hour Day Shifts ✅ Full-Time Position

What You'll Do

Assist with daily drill rig operations
Support well construction, casing installation, and well development activities
Set up, move, and maintain drilling equipment
Handle drill pipe, tools, materials, and supplies
Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and reclamation work
Complete inspections, safety checks, and field documentation
Perform routine equipment maintenance and minor repairs

No Drilling Experience? No Problem!

We are looking for hardworking individuals who: ✔ Have a strong work ethic
✔ Enjoy physical, hands-on work
✔ Want to learn a valuable trade
✔ Work safely and as part of a team
✔ Have construction, mining, labor, oilfield, water well, or industrial experience (preferred but not required)

Work Environment

This is an active outdoor position working in all types of Wyoming weather. Candidates should be comfortable lifting up to 100 lbs, working around equipment, and performing physical labor throughout the shift.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
