About the Role:ShredTex/Infoshield Security Solutions is looking for a motivated and dependable Driver/Technician to join our team in Houston, TX. This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in delivering secure, reliable document destruction services to our valued clients. Responsibilities:- Operate and drive company service vehicles to client locations throughout the Houston area
- Perform on-site and off-site document shredding and secure destruction services
- Maintain and inspect shredding equipment to ensure proper operation and safety compliance
- Collect, transport, and process confidential materials in accordance with security protocols
- Provide professional, courteous service to clients during each visit
- Complete daily vehicle inspections, maintenance logs, and service documentation
- Follow all DOT regulations, safety guidelines, and company procedures
Requirements:- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate large service vehicles and navigate local routes efficiently
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality and data security
- Ability to lift and move heavy containers (up to 50+ lbs) regularly
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous experience in a driver, technician, or field service role preferred
