Driver Managers are responsible for leading a fleet of professional drivers, coaching performance, fostering engagement, and helping drivers succeed personally and professionally. As the primary leader and advocate for your fleet, you'll play a critical role in creating a positive driver experience while delivering safe, efficient, and profitable operations.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a fleet of professional drivers.
• Hold drivers accountable to safety, service, and performance expectations.
• Build strong relationships that drive engagement and retention.
• Serve as the primary advocate and point of contact for your drivers.
• Resolve issues quickly while balancing driver, customer, and business needs.
• Manage fleet productivity through effective load execution and driver utilization.
• Partner with internal teams to remove obstacles and deliver results.
• Foster a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Compensation & Benefits

• Total cash compensation ranges from $70,000 to $120,000+, including a base salary starting at $57,500 DOE, first-year training incentives, and performance-based earning opportunities.Base salary offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location as compared to others doing substantially similar work. In addition to the base salary, employees may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which can vary depending on individual and/or company performance.
