Driver (No CDL Required)
Pay Rate: $18–$21/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift – 6:00 AM–2:00 PM

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is a premier staffing agency connecting skilled trades professionals with top employers across the Pacific Northwest and Arizona. We are currently seeking a Driver for a reputable aerospace and metal finishing company known for its precision work and fast-paced production environment.

This position supports the company’s operations by handling local deliveries and pickups using a company-provided Tesla Cybertruck. No CDL is required.

The Driver ensures safe, timely, and efficient transportation of materials between the company’s facilities and local customers. This role also supports warehouse operations and maintains accurate documentation. Candidates must be professional, reliable, and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a company Cybertruck to transport materials and finished products locally within the Phoenix metro area.

• Load and unload materials safely using manual methods or pallet jacks as needed.

• Perform basic pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks (tire pressure, lights, fluid levels).

• Maintain accurate delivery logs, receipts, and run sheets.

• Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and customer contacts.

• Assist in shipping and receiving tasks when not on delivery routes.

• Follow all OSHA, company, and facility safety regulations.

• Represent the company in a professional manner during customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Valid Arizona driver’s license required (no CDL needed).

• 1+ year of driving or delivery experience preferred (company vehicle, pickup truck, van, or similar).

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

• Strong awareness of road safety and material handling best practices.

• Comfortable working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or metal finishing environment.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Must pass background check and drug screen.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to meet delivery deadlines.
