Driver Recruiting Processor - Mustang, OK

POSITION SUMMARY

As a Driver Recruiting Processor you'll be working alongside the Driver Recruiters, processing their applications, requestions verifications, and maintaining driver qualification files.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Converse with drivers by telephone or in person to provide & collect information.
• Keep accurate records of all driver qualification files.
• Routinely audit driver qualification files.
• Process driver applications efficiently and accurately.
• Coordinate appointments for drivers regarding DOT drug & alcohol tests and DOT functionals.
• Recommend improvements to support preventative measures.
• Converse with Risk and Compliance departments to maintain accurate data.
• Book travel for drivers as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; required

Experience:

• 1+ years of relatable experience; preferred

Computer Skills:

• AS400 experience; a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; preferred
