What You’ll Be Doing:- Arrive on site ready to provide professional, friendly service
- Communicate clearly with customers and explain the removal process
- Lift, carry, and load items (75+ lbs) safely and efficiently
- Divert items for donation, recycling, or disposal
- Work closely with your teammate to complete jobs smoothly
- Communicate with the operations manager throughout the day

- Physically capable of repetitive lifting and active work
- Team players who show up on time and ready to contribute
- 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and clean 3-year driving record
- Dependable, professional, and motivated
