Qualifications:
Experience in the logistics/trucking industry.
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite applications including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Prior experience in over-the-road Driver settlements.
Responsibilities:
Input and Review Driver settlements for accuracy.
Identify, escalate, and resolve issues with driver or carrier pay and address concerns.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure all urgent pay-related issues are resolved on a timely basis ensuring that drivers have a positive experience with pay settlements.
