Job Title: Driver/Shipping Associate
Department:Production
Reports To:Branch Operations Manager
FLSA Status:Hourly, Non-Exempt, Full-Time

JOB SUMMARY
Primary duties of this position are to drive the company box truck to deliver product to the customers. When not driving, this role will be expected to assist in packaging shipments. Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Pick up and/pr deliver breakers or parts
Assist in maintaining local spaces
Assist in loading and transferring materials internally
Be able to work indoors/outdoors
Be able to stand, walk, squat, and kneel throughout the shift
Must be able to speak English
Must be willing to learn new skills and advance in the company
Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize spacing
Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, kitting and picking processes.
May be modified from time to time. Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Not applicable. This position has no direct reports.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High school or equivalent GED certification.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Detail oriented
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work at fast pace
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Occasional sitting, reaching/working overhead, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling
Frequent walking
Continuous standing and repetitive hand motion
Lifting requirements include frequent lifting of up to 150 pounds and continuous lifting of up to 10 pounds
EMPLOYEE EVALUATION SUMMARY
Introductory -- Will be written at approximately 80 days after employment and will be used to determine whether employee has sufficiently met and performed the job requirements, and will indicate whether employment will continue
Annual Reviews –Employee will be given a formal regular annual review, which assesses productivity and demonstrated business skills and accomplishments for the previous period.
WORK SCHEDULE
Your schedule will be coordinated with your direct supervisor, as needed.
