zTrip is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Driver Support Dispatcher to support daily transportation operations. In this role, you’ll manage real-time dispatch activity while providing strong support to drivers and customers, serving as a key communication link between drivers, riders, and the operations team to ensure efficient and reliable service.

What You’ll Do as a Driver Support Dispatcher
- Dispatch and coordinate drivers based on trip demand, schedules, and availability
- Monitor active trips and quickly resolve service, routing, or operational issues
- Provide drivers with clear updates, route changes, and operational instructions
- Assist customers by answering calls, responding to questions, and resolving concerns in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate dispatch logs, trip records, and communication notes
- Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure consistent service quality and efficiency
What We’re Looking for a Driver Support Dispatcher:
- Previous experience in dispatching, transportation, logistics, customer service, or fleet operations preferred
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Ability to stay calm, professional, and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with dispatch systems, scheduling tools, or fleet management software is a plus
- Valid driver’s license required
