zTrip is seeking a motivated and people-focused Driver Talent Acquisition to help build and strengthen our team of professional drivers. In this role, you will lead the recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new drivers and supporting their success from day one.

Responsibilities of a Driver Talent Acquisition:

• Source and recruit qualified driver candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and community outreach efforts.
• Conduct phone screenings, interviews, and candidate assessments.
• Guide applicants through the entire hiring and onboarding process.
• Coordinate background checks, driving record reviews, licensing verification, and employment documentation.
• Schedule and facilitate new driver orientations and onboarding activities.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified driver candidates.
• Partner closely with operations and management teams to meet driver staffing needs and hiring goals.
• Attend job fairs, hiring events, and recruiting initiatives to promote employment opportunities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting metrics.
• Provide ongoing communication and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications for a Driver Talent Acquisition:

• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, human resources, sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build trust and establish relationships with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Self-motivated, professional, and results-driven.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
