About the Role:
Abbott Brothers Plumbing and Heating in Joppa, MD is looking for a hardworking and reliable Driver/Warehouse/General Labor team member to join their crew! This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport materials, equipment, and supplies to job sites
• Load and unload plumbing and heating materials, tools, and equipment
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and storage areas
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and tracking incoming shipments and supplies
• Support field technicians and plumbers by delivering parts and materials as needed
• Perform general labor tasks including cleaning, lifting, and maintaining a safe work environment
• Follow company safety protocols and DOT regulations when operating vehicles

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (50+ lbs) on a regular basis
• Prior warehouse, logistics, or general labor experience preferred
• Familiarity with plumbing or HVAC materials and supplies is a plus
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability are a must
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Basic organizational skills and attention to detail for inventory management
