Job Description
- Indirectly manage the efforts of developers and support team members on website platform implementation and maintenance.
- Expertise in intranet implementations, cloud-hosted Drupal management, and hands-on development.
- Experience with other CMS platforms such as SharePoint and Adobe Experience Manager is desired.
- Oversee Drupal maintenance (hosted by Acquia), ensuring availability, performance, and security.
- Integrate Drupal sites with other platforms and key applications.
- Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure stability and reliability of web services.
- Collaborate with the DevEx team on DevOps processes and practice
- Proven experience leading technical teams in web development and intranet implementation.
- Strong technical experience with web portal platforms including Drupal, and other standard CMS such as SharePoint and Adobe Experience Manager.
- Expertise in Drupal (cloud-hosted implementations, module development, integrations).
- Hands-on development experience in PHP, JavaScript, and related frameworks.
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or similar) and DevOps practices.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, security, and compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to assess IT product needs and design solutions.
- Experience anticipating obstacles and planning contingencies.
- Strong attention to detail, prioritization, and project management skills.
- Experience with AI search.
- Knowledge of API development and integration best practices.
