Dryer Equipment Operator- 2nd Shift

Grassland Dairy Products is looking for a dedicated and detail-driven Dryer Equipment Operator to join our production team. In this key role, you’ll help transform fresh dairy liquids—like milk and whey—into high-quality powdered products used across the globe.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate and monitor state-of-the-art drying equipment in our fluid department
• Ensure efficient, safe, and consistent drying processes for dairy products
• Troubleshoot and adjust equipment to maintain peak performance
• Work closely with quality assurance to meet product specifications
• Maintain cleanliness and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Keep accurate logs and documentation throughout the production process

• Experience in food processing or manufacturing is a plus

Summary of Pay:

Compensation for this position ranges from $20.00/hr to $31.12/hr, plus a $1.00/hr shift differential.
