As a Drywall installer and finisher with Servpro, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service is provided to all customers and clients! In this role, you will manage a wide range of functions on all construction projects. Key Responsibilities
- Measure, cut and hang drywall to fit around fixtures and otherobstacles. Mud, tape, finish and paint drywall. Be able to providelevel 1-4 finish.*Measure, cut and install trim, baseboard and casing with accuracy.Must be able to apply different applications properly.*Fill cracks and other defects in plaster or plasterboard and sandpatch, using patching plaster, trowel, and sanding tool.
Position Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- Previous construction management experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to meet established production goals and maintain profitability
- Effective written and oral communication
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
- Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat
- Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods of times (i.e., driving, sitting, climbing)
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
- Exposure to noise levels at jobsites that can be loud
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
