Job Description

The Patch Boys of St. Petersburg and Clearwater is looking to add a full-time multi-skilled drywall repair technician. We are a well-established and expert Drywall Repair Company.

Our business is growing, and we are seeking experienced drywall repair, patching, and finishing technicians to join our team. We are also interested in speaking with you if you have your own team that is ready to get to work.

Responsibilities:

Ability to texture and refinish plaster services
Ability and willingness to work on new walls and ceilings, and repair existing walls.
Ability to determine and clearly identify proper materials and material quantities for new and existing projects.
Evaluate customer requests, troubleshoot customer issues, and present a description of work to a customer.
Fit and fasten wallboard or sheetrock into specified position
Measure and mark cutting lines on framing, drywall, and trim
Install insulation in-between studs and attach a plastic moisture barrier over the installation
Remove plaster, drywall, or paneling

Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years proven experience in hanging, installing, patching, repairing, and finishing drywall including texture matching.
Your own hand tools, knives, and other drywall tools necessary to do the job.
Must own a smartphone with a data plan
Reliable transportation and a clean driving record. (Truck is preferred)
Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Ability to pass a drug screening. (as needed)
Exceptional customer service skills.

Compensation: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
