Direct Support Professional $17.00 per hour and up (based on education and experience) Plus .75 per hour shift differential for 3rd shift! Full-time, 11pm-7am; every other weekend required. What you’ll do: The DSP provides general and specialized care and support to each individual. The care and support include activities of daily living, productive activities, and leisure activities as appropriate. The DSP will provide active treatment, safety, and supervision to individuals of the lodge while promoting inclusion in the community. Please note that Cedar Lake Lodge, Park Place, and Sycamore Run are Intermediate Care Facilities, placing us under the “CMS Omnibus COVID-19 Health Care Staff Vaccination Interim Rule.” Under this rule, employees must be vaccinated or have an approved medical or religious exemption prior to employment.
