Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living skills, including personal care and cooking.
• Manage and administer medication as required.
• Provide community support and facilitate integration.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
• Act as an advocate for individuals, ensuring their needs and goals are met.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
