Role description

Job Title: Senior Specialist - Quality Engineering

Job Overview:

• Domain: Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance
• Work Model: Onshore client site collaborating with offshore delivery teams
• Work Persona: Hybrid
• Reports To: Delivery Engagement Manager
• Delivery Approach: Agile goal driven delivery

Primary Technical Skills (Must Have):

• Extensive hands-on QA experience on the Duck Creek platform across Policy Billing and Integration modules along with Producer Portal
• Strong understanding of Duck Creek configuration constructs Manuscripts Author Express Server Rating Forms etc. from a testing perspective
• Proven expertise in QA strategy test planning test case design traceability defect management and quality reporting for Duck Creek based PC platforms
• Handson experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Azure DevOps JIRA or ALM
• Proven ability to lead QA delivery in an Agile goal driven environment including in sprint and regression testing
• Excellent communication skills with demonstrated experience collaborating with clients and leading onshore and offshore QA teams
• Strong domain knowledge of Property Casualty PC insurance processes and lifecycle

Secondary Technical Skills (Nice to Have Skills, Not Mandatory):

• Experience collaborating with distributed offshore teams and coordinating multilocation test execution
• Exposure to Duck Creek OnDemand cloud deployments and upgrade modernization testing programs
• Experience testing integrations
• Working knowledge of SQL XML and data validation backend testing techniques
• Experience with test automation frameworks Selenium Playwright or equivalent and CICD integrated automated testing
• Ability to lead UAT support client walkthroughs and quality review workshops with strong presentation skills

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual''s skills, experience, performance and internal equity.

Benefits

Compensation range: $ 120,000.00 to 130,000.00 per year
