Roles & Responsibilities :Requirement Gathering & Analysis:Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements.Document functional and non-functional requirements related to DuckCreek systems.System Configuration:Configure DuckCreek modules, including policy, billing, and claims, to meet business needs.Support the implementation of DuckCreek templates and tools.Solution Design:Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.Assist in creating user stories and use cases for development.Testing & Quality Assurance:Work closely with QA teams to validate the configuration and customizations.Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and troubleshoot issues.Stakeholder Communication:Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.Present updates, solution designs, and post-implementation feedback.Optimization & Support:Identify areas for process improvement within DuckCreek modules.Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing implementations.Technical Skills:Proficiency in DuckCreek Author, Policy Admin System (PAS), or other DuckCreek tools.Knowledge of XML, JSON, and other configuration formats.Experience with rating engines and integration points.Business Skills:Strong understanding of insurance workflows (policy, billing, claims).Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
