What You'll Do:

• Assist Installers in setting up and completing installation tasks.

• Assist Sales Team in gathering HVAC Equipment Data.

• Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment from vehicles.

• Prepare job sites (laying out materials, protecting surfaces, clearing debris).

• Handle basic tools (drills, screwdrivers, hammers, utility knives).

• Carry, position, and measure materials (insulation, ducts, wiring, panels).

• Clean up job sites after installations, disposing of waste and packaging.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in excellent condition.

• Assist with residential ductwork repairs and modifications.

• Support installation of fiberglass attic insulation and radiant barrier systems.

• Perform duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning services.

• Clearly explain work performed to homeowners after installations.

• Complete documentation and job reports accurately and promptly.

• Follow strict company safety protocols, including proper PPE usage.
