︎ What will you do:• Lead and oversee technology implementation and consulting projects.• Manage project resources, milestones, risks, and issue resolution.• Monitor budgets, project economics, and key performance indicators.• Mentor and develop high-performing project teams.• Partner closely with Directors, senior leadership, and client stakeholders.• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and service quality.• Coordinate with vendors and external partners.• Support business development and long-term client relationships.
︎ Required Qualifications & Skills:• Minimum 15 years of experience in technology implementation, consulting, or related areas.• Proven experience leading transformation projects or programs.• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements, design, testing, deployment, and data migration.• Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.• Experience with technology strategy, governance, sourcing, operating models, or project/program management.• Professional-level English proficiency.• Bachelor’s degree required.Preferred Qualifications:• Experience leading cross-functional or international teams.• Experience working with C-suite or senior client stakeholders.• Japanese language skills.• Advanced degree in IT, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.• ERP, project management, or related technical certifications.
