Job Summary:The main function of a mechanical technician is to modify, test and repair machinery and equipment under direction of engineering staff or physical scientists. A mechanical technician helps engineers design, test, and manufacture industrial machinery, consumer products and other equipment.Looking for dyno testing experience, fabrication capability, and troubleshooting / problem solving experience.Engine development manual testing with calibration and hardware development.SAFETY: Provide a safe working environment for everyone entering the area.1. Understand and support elimination of waste (COMMWIP) waste.2. Aware of cost of supplies, energy, and parts for waste elimination.3. Assist team accurate documenting of scrap and non-conforming material.4. Participate in team CI objectives and BPD metrics.5.
