Peter Boulware Toyota of Columbia is seeking a motivated and customer-focused E-Commerce Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in West Columbia, SC. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing our online sales experience by engaging with customers, providing expert guidance, and facilitating seamless vehicle purchases through digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to online inquiries and leads from prospective customers.
• Guide customers through the online vehicle selection and purchasing process with professionalism and care.
• Collaborate with the sales, finance, and service departments to ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current vehicle inventory, promotions, and pricing.
• Utilize CRM and other digital tools to track leads, follow up effectively, and manage customer information.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in automotive or e-commerce environments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport through digital channels.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and online sales platforms.

• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting.
