Language Requirement: Fluent Mandarin and EnglishWe're partnering with a global leader in the food and beverage industry that's expanding its presence in the US market! We're looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager or Director to help build and scale its US online business.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on, high-ownership environment and wants to play a key role in growing an established international brand across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other digital sales channels.
What You'll Do
Own and grow Amazon US operations, including sales strategy, performance, and marketplace optimization.
Lead both 3P operations and the future expansion into 1P, leveraging Seller Central and Vendor Central experience.
Develop strategies to increase online revenue, improve profitability, and strengthen brand visibility.
Drive TikTok Shop growth and explore additional e-commerce channels.
Manage relationships with marketplace partners, agencies, and distributors.
Execute digital marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and online brand-building strategies.
Analyze consumer behavior, category trends, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
Partner closely with US stakeholders and China-based leadership to align e-commerce strategy with broader business goals.
What They're Looking For
Must be based on the West Coast, with Seattle preferred.
Must be fluent in both Mandarin and English.
Proven experience managing Amazon US marketplace operations, ideally across both Seller Central (3P) and Vendor Central (1P).
Food & beverage or grocery e-commerce experience is required, preferably within a large, established company.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, online promotions, and brand building.
Experience growing marketplace sales, improving performance, and leveraging consumer insights.
TikTok Shop experience is a strong plus.
Excellent cross-functional communication skills, particularly when collaborating with international teams.
A hands-on, adaptable, and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and build processes from the ground up.
