E-Commerce Sales Coordinator

Location: Ontario, CA 91764 (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, and 401(k)
Travel: Approximately 10-15%, including trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events

As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused E-Commerce Sales Coordinator to support both our B2B wholesale accounts and B2C e-commerce sales channels.
This role is responsible for managing online marketplaces, supporting customer accounts, coordinating order fulfillment, maintaining product data, and assisting sales growth initiatives across multiple channels. The ideal candidate enjoys working with customers, solving problems, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Operations & Product Management

Create, maintain, and optimize product listings across Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, Shopify, retailer portals, and other online sales channels, including both B2B and B2C.
Upload and update product descriptions, specifications, pricing, images, and SEO content.
Ensure product listings are accurate, complete, and aligned with brand standards.
Assist with new product launches, catalog maintenance, and assortment updates.
Monitor listing performance, content quality, and marketplace compliance requirements.
Support promotional campaigns, seasonal programs, and digital merchandising initiatives.
Maintain product availability and online merchandising standards across all sales channels.

Customer Accounts & Sales Support

Support B2B customers, including distributors, retailers, independent pet stores, and online resellers.
Support B2C customers by responding to product, order, and service inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Develop and maintain positive customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
Prepare quotations, presentations, product information sheets, and sales support materials.
Assist with customer onboarding, account setup, promotional planning, and account maintenance.
Support customer meetings, product presentations, and sales initiatives.
Assist with sales reporting, forecasting, account analysis, and customer growth opportunities.
Help achieve company sales objectives through outstanding service and account support.

Order Management & Fulfillment Coordination

Process customer orders and maintain accurate records within OMS and related business systems.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, accounting, suppliers, and overseas teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Monitor inventory availability, shipment status, and customer requirements.
Resolve order, inventory, shipping, and customer service issues proactively.
Process returns, exchanges, claims, and related documentation while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Maintain accurate customer files, sales records, and supporting documentation.

Inventory Control & Marketplace Compliance

Monitor inventory levels and product availability across B2B and B2C channels.
Update inventory status and manage out-of-stock situations.
Support MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) compliance efforts.
Identify and resolve listing discrepancies, pricing issues, and marketplace concerns.
Maintain data accuracy across e-commerce, ERP, and business systems.

Reporting & Business Development Support

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and market developments.
Research potential retail, distribution, and marketplace growth opportunities.
Support trade show preparation, lead tracking, and post-event follow-up.
Assist management with strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.
Contribute to customer retention, account growth, and revenue-generating activities.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, sales coordination, account management, customer service, or a related business environment.
Experience supporting B2B customer accounts and/or B2C e-commerce channels.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, Shopify, OMS platforms, or similar systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or related content creation tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales and inventory data.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
Willingness to travel approximately 10-15% as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms to improve productivity and workflow efficiency.
Experience in the pet products, consumer goods, wholesale distribution, or e-commerce industry.
Experience working with retailer portals, EDI systems, or marketplace operations.
