E-Commerce Sales Specialist

Get comfortable with a career at Jordan's on our E-commerce sales team. In this position you will help online customers find the perfect merchandise by providing friendly, knowledgeable support throughout their shopping experience. Additionally, you will assist customers with product selection, answer questions, and support purchases while delivering the exceptional service Jordan's Furniture is known for. This position is based out of our Avon, MA store and works a hybrid schedule that includes weekends.

Pay Range: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

We share our pay range because transparency matters. This reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role based on experience and performance.

Some of your duties and responsibilities may include:

• Assists and guides customers shopping and seeking information on Jordans.com using chat, video chat, email and voice technologies
• Triages customers that need assistance from Customer Service.
• Assists customers in the selection and purchase of merchandise best suited to their individual needs
• Ensures prompt follow up on customer inquiries
• Takes incoming chats from customers and works to troubleshoot and resolve low- and high-level issues
• Processes sales orders in an accurate and timely manner; providing relevant info to customers: product care and expectations; warranty parameters, delivery services, etc.
• Processes Service Tickets generated in the eCommerce department
• Attend sales training development and workshops to enhance skill level and product knowledge
• Assists with ticket changes/refunds for the Enchanted Village
• Review online orders for accuracy and follow up with customers as appropriate
• Monitor customer online reviews and Q & A, replying when appropriate
• Any other function or responsibility as assigned by the Supervisor

What you bring to the table:

• 1-2 years prior sales experience or customer service experience
• Successful completion of the Jordan's Sales Training Program
• Strong computer proficiency
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Must be able to read and communicate effectively in English
• Strong written and oral communication skills
