eTester – 4 Openings

Pay: $23.00/hour | Seattle, Everett & Renton, WA

We are seeking reliable, professional individuals to work as eTesters at three locations in the Seattle area.

The Role

• Monitor individuals completing tests in a designated testing room.

• Assist instructors as needed.

• Perform minimal housekeeping duties.

• Provide a professional and welcoming environment for test takers.

Schedule & Availability

• Must be willing and able to work at all three locations: Seattle, Everett and Renton.

• Must be available to work all three shifts:

  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Approximately 95% of shifts are 1st and 2nd shift.

• Advance notice is provided for 2nd and 3rd shift assignments.

• Flexible scheduling, with 24–50 hours available per week. Most employees work approximately 34–44 hours.

• Overtime is available at 1.5 times the regular hourly rate.

Ideal Candidates
We welcome applicants with backgrounds in:

• Teaching, substitute teaching or education.

• Customer service or retail.

• Other roles requiring reliability, professionalism and strong interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Reliable personal transportation to all three locations.

• Willingness to complete a background check.

• Must be able to meet annual requalification requirements.

• Please note: Drug screening includes marijuana testing due to federal workplace requirements.
