Duration: 12+ months
Compensation: $65-75/hr W2
Location: 100% Remote

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end testing and quality engineering for a global workforce management transformation using UKG Pro WFM.
Establish the integrated testing strategy, execution plan, and quality standards across business and technical workstreams.
Coordinate functional, system integration, user acceptance, payroll validation, data migration, and regression testing.
Manage testing execution across internal teams, HR, Payroll, software vendors, and delivery partners.
Oversee defect management, test evidence, automation, and executive reporting on quality risks and testing progress.
Assess deployment readiness based on test results, unresolved defects, and business acceptance.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience leading complex enterprise testing programs.
Recent experience supporting workforce management, time and attendance, or payroll-impacting implementations.
Strong expertise in risk-based testing, test automation, defect management, test evidence, and executive reporting.
Experience coordinating internal teams, business testers, software vendors, and implementation partners.
Direct UKG Pro WFM or Kronos experience strongly preferred.
TestAssure and AI-enabled testing experience preferred.
