Job Description
The U.S. Consumer Services and Digital Technology (USCDT) team supports systems for U.S. Consumer and Commercial Card businesses. We are seeking an E2E Delivery Manager to lead planning, direction, and coordination of large-scale strategic new product launches from definition through implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in program delivery, cross-platform release planning, Agile/SAFe practices, and technical solution alignment and a proven ability to drive end-to-end execution, mitigate risks, and deliver integrated product outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Drive program and cross-platform product delivery with leadership and technical domain expertise.
- Own the lifecycle from initiation to delivery, partnering early with LPM, Product, and Engineering for prioritization.
- Lead Pre-Program Increment (PI) planning with leadership, product management, delivery teams, and business partners.
- Manage cross-platform integrated release planning and provide status reporting.
- Oversee E2E test management including test data setup, test plan creation, and test status reporting.
- Drive solutioning and architecture in partnership with engineering teams.
- Partner with Product Managers, New Product Development, Business Partners, and Architects to align strategy, vision, and roadmaps and ensure execution.
- Create data-driven insights into delivery and execution using automation and metrics.
- Manage impediments, risks, dependencies, and resourcing needs with stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Support and encourage innovation through continuous exploration.
- Aggregate and drive End-to-End PI objectives into Epic and Cross-Train Release objectives to ensure delivery.
- Track and measure capability and epic execution.
- Manage external relationships with product partners and technology vendors as appropriate.
Technical Skills:
- Inform or co-develop architecture and process flows for end-to-end solutions.
- Understand program technical platforms and applications.
- Execute solution alignment discussions and bridge gaps between product and engineering teams.
Leadership and Coaching:
- Coach leaders and teams in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets.
- Model Agile and SAFe Values and Principles.
- Encourage diversity of thought and demonstrate an open mindset.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of relevant program and/or project management experience.
- Experience with design and coding across one or more platforms and languages.
- Hands-on experience facilitating Agile, Scrum, or similar rapid delivery teams.
- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Current or active PMI-ACP, PMP, SPC, or SA certification.
- Additional Agile certifications.
