    Job Description

    Eagles Connect Tutoring Program 
     
    Charles R. Drew Charter School is seeking in-person tutors for our Eagles Connect Tutoring Program. Eagles Connect aims to provide in-person tutoring support for K-12 students in the areas of math and reading. This is a temporary position through the end of the year.
     
    Program Start Date: October 20, 2026
     
    Time Commitment: 2 hours per week (Tuesdays and/or Thursdays)
     
    Hours: 4:00pm-5:00pm
     
    Expectations:
    • Review focus skills from daily instruction in reading and math
    • Assist with homework and/or missing assignments
    • Implement Social Emotional Learning strategies
    • Collect data as needed
    Compensation: $30 per hour. No benefits
